From my first informational phone call, to our first visit and following cleaning visits and whitening visits, the staff was always attentive, welcoming, and friendly each time.  Dr Karen Jahimiak was thorough and open about her exam and very professional, and her support staff (hygienists & dental assistants) could not have been nicer.  They always explained what they were doing and why, and made every effort to make me feel comfortable (asking questions, letting me watch tv, etc). They even made sure our toddler was comfortable during our visits, which meant a lot. I took advantage of a free whitening promotion and had great experiences with that.  I have yet to deal with the billing aspect of it, as it is still processing through insurance, but so far I've been extremely pleased with the stellar professionals and family-oriented environment.  Highly recommend."

He involves the patient in decisions and explains things as many times as necessary to convey understanding of process or situation. He is open to and searches for multiple solutions to a dental problem, giving the patient a choice in treatment plans. He recognizes his limitations and refers out for problems he cannot adequately handle, rather than mess something up. His chairside manner is reassuring and pleasant. He really makes you feel like you are working with him, instead of being worked on."
